# The Hon. College of Social Graduates of Madrid hosts a professional meeting in collaboration with the Mutua

On February 20, it was celebrated in the Excellent College of Social Graduates of Madrid, a professional meeting for practicing members, in which the legislative developments of Royal Decree Law 8/2015 have been discussed, focusing on articles 170 “powers over temporary disability processes” and 174 “extinction of the right to subsidy”.

Eva Torrecilla, vice president of the College of Social Graduates and Javier Godoy, technical coordinator of the Madrid provincial management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, were in charge of welcoming the attendees and both acting as moderators of the meeting.

Almudena Vilas, a member of the Mutual Benefits group, has developed before the attendees the powers of articles 170 and 174 of Royal Decree Law 8/2015. In his presentation he focused on issues relating to temporary disability processes, termination of the right to subsidy and withdrawal processes following a resolution by the National Social Security Institute.

Before concluding the event, a question period was opened, in which attendees were able to raise doubts and questions regarding the topics discussed in the presentation.

Finally, and to conclude the meeting, the moderators of the event took the floor again, thanking the attendees for their presence and encouraging them to participate in new calls of these characteristics.
