# THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF THE NEW MUTUAL LAW, DEBATED AT A CONFERENCE ORGANIZED BY Fraternidad-Muprespa IN BARCELONA

Day review

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, held an information day on February 26 in Barcelona on the new Mutual Insurance Law and the most relevant aspects of RD/625.  
   
The day has been inaugurated by Mr. Jordi Batalla Canyelles, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Barcelona, ​​welcoming all attendees and introducing the speakers.  
   
 Mr. Julio Santos Palacios, Director of Network Relations at Fraternidad-Muprespa, has made a presentation on the most notable points of Law 35/2014, reviewing its background, data, definition and purpose; the elimination of CIDA; the governing and participation bodies; the remuneration of the Manager and management positions; reserves and surpluses; the responsibility of the directors of the mutual societies and associated companies; the management of the ITCC; the cessation of activity of self-employed workers and the sale of Prevention Societies.  
   
 Mr. Fernando Mena Babiano, Deputy Director of the Department of Care Coordination and IT Control, has intervened by reporting on the aspects of RD/625 and the Mutual Insurance Law that most affect the contingencies of Temporary Disability, highlighting the advantages that this new regulatory framework brings to the management of absenteeism.  
   
Finally, a question-and-answer session was held to clarify doubts for those attending.  
   
The day has been closed by D. Carlos Luis Saez de Juan ,  Territorial Director of the DT Northeast of the Mutua, who thanked all attendees for their presence on this day, which has generated great interest.
