# THE MUTUAL Fraternidad-Muprespa IN TARRAGONA HAS HELD AN INFORMATION DAY ON THE MUTUAL LAW.

Day review

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, held an information day on March 4 in Tarragona on the new Mutual Insurance Law and the most relevant aspects of RD/625.  
  
The day has been inaugurated by Mr. Xavier Rofas Gasulla, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Tarragona, welcoming all attendees and introducing the speakers. Below the Excellency Mrs. Ana Assamá Esteve, President of the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of Tarragona, opened the day.  
   
 Mr. Julio Santos Palacios, Director of Network Relations at Fraternidad-Muprespa, has made a presentation on the most notable points of Law 35/2014, reviewing its background, data, definition and purpose; the elimination of CIDA; the governing and participation bodies; the remuneration of the Manager and management positions; reserves and surpluses; the responsibility of the directors of the mutual societies and associated companies; the management of the ITCC; the cessation of activity of self-employed workers and the sale of Prevention Societies.  
   
 Mr. Fernando Mena Babiano, Deputy Director of the Department of Care Coordination and IT Control, has intervened, reporting on the aspects of RD/625 and the Mutual Insurance Law that most affect the contingencies of Temporary Disability, highlighting the advantages that this new regulatory framework brings to the management of absenteeism.  
  
 Mr. Josep Gomis i Blanch, Cap of the Servei d’Avaluacions Mèdiques de Tarragona i Terres de l’Ebre of the Institut Català d’Avaluacions Mèdiques, has intervened reporting on the ICAMS, its structure and on aspects of RD 625/2014.  
Finally, a question-and-answer session was held to clarify doubts for those attending.

 The day has been closed by D. Xavier Rofas Gasulla, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Tarragona, who thanked all attendees for their presence at this event, which has generated great interest.
