Clara María Nevado Jiménez, Neurophysiologist, Dr. Eduardo Hevia Sierra, Dr. Fernando Ordoñez Pascual of the Spine Traumatology Unit, Dra. Mª José Sánchez-Migallón Díaz, Neurologist, Dr. A. García García, el Dr. Raúl Zapata Rodrigo and Dr. Ismael Rahmuni de Pozo, residents of the Traumatology Service.

The poster summary explains how Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IOM) is increasingly used to early detect possible neurological injuries. And the objective of this poster was to present a case of Schneider's Central Medullary Syndrome (CMS) detected by IONM during cervical arthrodesis revision surgery via left contralateral anterior approach.
