Each center has its own idiosyncrasies and particularities, depending on the characteristics of the area, which gives rise to all types of situations to be resolved on the ground to provide coverage and service to our mutual members.

Since the beginning of the pandemic caused by Covid-19 and the new events of this new year 2021 - a historic snowfall, numerous earthquakes in Granada, the arrival of the third wave with new confinement measures and restrictions in each territory -, the great work of all our healthcare workers, teams and managers, whether central or network, wherever they are in our wide, diverse and different Spanish geography, has been highlighted again, and all the necessary coordination actions for a maximum quality care for our patients.

The implementation of tele-consultation, the online dissemination of prevention as a lifesaver, the management of quarantined staff, postponed vacations, shift changes, travel to other centers, and many other actions carried out by our professionals from the network of centers who work tirelessly and who have adopted the motto, “reinvent themselves to adapt to the environment.”
