Next Friday, May 28 at 10am, a new appointment from FRATERTALKS arrives. On this occasion, ___we will talk about a very interesting topic, especially for all of us whose goal is to make prevention part of the daily life of our organizations.

There is no doubt that to achieve this goal, preventionists have to have a series of essential skills for prevention today and, above all, tomorrow. We are referring to skills such as leadership, assertive communication, persuasiveness, people management, empathy or conflict resolution.

Acquiring these skills, our path towards the goal of preventive culture will be less winding and will empower us as health and safety professionals, in a work environment that is increasingly demanding, changing and that forces us to have, in addition to the necessary technical knowledge, other skills equally necessary to achieve the desired preventive culture in our companies.

To talk about all this, we will have the pleasure of having Javier Gay from Liébana, speaker, consultant, trainer and pedagogical manager of Walking Training. Javier has a degree in psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, a founding member of the Association of Applied Neuroscience of Barcelona, creator of the VAS pedagogical method in addition to having more than 30 years of experience as a company manager.

If you are interested in attending, you can register HERE. We are waiting for you!
