The 15th edition of Fratertalks celebrated: The inspiration of Mondays, with Sonia Medrano
Last October 29, a new edition of FRATERTALKS, was held, this time by Sonia Medrano, Territorial Director of the southern zone of Fraternidad-Muprespa and author of the book "The inspiration of Mondays".
Possibly you have ever arrived at work thinking about how to improve some aspect that will help you take another step towards achieving the established objectives. In an increasingly demanding and competitive business world, it is necessary to bring out the best in the people we work with, enhancing both the qualities of each one and focusing on aspects that can be improved. This is where leadership becomes all important.
If we apply it particularly to the field of occupational safety, a committed and motivated work team will make the path to achieve the objectives we set much less winding, and above all, it will make us grow both collectively and individually.
Sonia Medrano talks to us at length about this and other issues in this new edition of Fratertalks that you can see below. We hope it is of interest to you.
