Subsidies in the Basque Country regarding prevention
The Basque Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (OSALAN) has published at the beginning of this year new aid and subsidies in the field of prevention.
The first of them is intended for carrying out occupational risk prevention and research activities aimed at business and union associations in accordance with Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, and in turn aimed at companies and workers who provide services in workplaces located in the Basque Country.
Intersectoral actions may be subsidized with a maximum of up to €100,000 per project and sectoral actions up to €50,000 per project. The subsidy may finance up to 100% of the eligible costs of the activity and the submission period is open until January 27, 2025.
The following aid presented are subsidies intended for public or private entities that provide basic level training in the technical area and the regulatory area for the training of prevention delegates of companies or work centers of this Autonomous Community in the date period between January 21 and December 1, 2025 and in accordance with the provisions of Decree 125/2018, of July 30, and the Resolution of December 9, 2024.
