Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a conference on the present and future of the Patient Experience
The Spanish Association for Quality, through its AEC Health Forum, held the Patient Experience Meeting event this Thursday, a reference integrative space to share the present and future of the Patient Experience. The event, held in the Aula Magna of the Jiménez Díaz Foundation, had the purpose of publicizing successful experiences by actors and organizations in the sector, both public and private.
Martha Villanueva, director of AEC, and Alberto Pardo, deputy general director of Healthcare Quality of the Community of Madrid, inaugurated the day, in which Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, was present.
Pedro Serrera, deputy director general of Information Systems and Services of the Mutua, gave the presentation 'Good practices and implementation of Patient Experience', where he explained how the infrastructure of a hospital affects the patient experience. In the design, construction and equipment of the Hospital we have taken into account the patient's journey, that is, the journey they take from when they go to the emergency room, continue with diagnostic imaging, are admitted, go to the surgical area or hospitalization. During the day, the presentations were held under the epigraphs“Management: challenges and opportunities of the Patient Experience”, “Strategy: Where are we going in Patient Experience from a strategic point of view in public and private organizations?” and “Good practices in patient experience implementation”, in which the deputy director of Fraternidad-Muprespa participated.
Quironsalud Group, Hospital del Escorial and Canal de Isabel II were some of the entities participating in this conference, in which different work models were presented.
