V CORPORATE STRATEGIC PLAN 2024-2025
The implementation of the first Corporate Strategic Plan 2011-2014 meant a transformation in the Entity for Fraternidad-Muprespa; The way of working in practically all areas of Mutual management was reviewed, organizing and aligning the different units with corporate objectives.
The implementation of the second Corporate Strategic Plan 2015-2017 , with a compliance level of 91%, focused on quality and satisfaction; the generation of trust; efficiency and profitability; and the human team.
The third Corporate Strategic Plan 2018-2020 , with an execution level of 85% despite the COVID-19 pandemic situation, made us more executive, improving the profitability ratios management, the opening of a leading trauma hospital and a digital evolution plan.
The fourth Corporate Strategic Plan 2021-2023 reached a level of progress of 85%, and after the uncertainty caused by the pandemic, work was done on a main strategic objective, to guarantee the sustainability of the Mutual.
The current Corporate Strategic Plan 2024-2025, started in 2024, with the possibility of being extended for another year, has taken into account the situation of continuous increase in absenteeism in common contingency, and gives continuity to its priority of sustainability of the Mutual, focusing on maintaining or improving its position with respect to the sector, for which the new plan has set the following strategic objectives:
- Develop the relationship with the Mutual Members
- Maintain leadership in Professional Contingency
- Improve the Common Contingency
All this thanks to people, healthcare innovation, digital evolution, effective communication and improved internal efficiency.
