Middle management, the key piece in prevention
Coinciding with the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, at Fraternidad-Muprespa we celebrate the VI Prevention Week with the objective of generating a preventive culture among our associated companies.
This year we celebrate the sixth edition with the motto:“In the face of workplace accidents, open your eyes. ACTIVATE VISION ZERO”, in which we will try to achieve the objective of making known another way of approaching prevention, more effective and that improves the competitiveness and productivity of the company. This new form of prevention seeks to generate responsible thinking in mutual companies, based on the values of promoting the health of their workers, promoting a change in attitudes and consequently improving safety behavior.
Throughout these days we are presenting different documents related to culture Vision Zero which is the central theme of the VI Prevention Week.
Today we want to focus on the document published by the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands entitled Middle management, the key piece in occupational risk prevention.
It is a work through which it is intended to provide guidance on the measures that the company must implement to promote the role of middle managers in terms of occupational health and safety and to disseminate the rights and obligations that they have in this matter.
