Application form for extraordinary benefit for Cessation of Activity

At Fraternidad-Muprespa we are aware of the doubts and difficulties that the new extraordinary benefit of Cessation of Activity for Self-Employed Workers due to COVID-19 (CATA.COVID-19) is generating and that is why we work every day to simplify and facilitate as much as possible the procedures to request this new benefit. 

We have updated the short form request for the extraordinary benefit for CATA.COVID-19 incorporating form 145, so that the fields that match are auto-completed, thus facilitating processing. Furthermore, with this new form you will avoid having to send form 145 separately. You will only have to complete the benefit application form, attach a copy of your DNI/NIE and send it to the Mutua.

It is recommended that whenever requests for extraordinary benefits for CATA.COVID-19 are submitted, it be with the latest version of the updated form that is available on our web portal.

If your company or professional activity is among those required to cease providing services in application of the legislation due to the current COVID-19 coronavirus crisis, you must request it for this reason.

The different lists of CNAE affected by RDL 463/2020 that may be available should be interpreted as indicative only.

Consequently, the new extraordinary benefit of TASTING.COVID-19 even being framed in others CNAE, provided that it is adequately justified that the declaration of the state of alarm forced the closure of the establishment.

All requests will be evaluated with individualized criteria based on the causes alleged in each case.

We take this opportunity to inform you that an initial version of the processing of the extraordinary CATA.COVID-19 benefit is now available in our digital office, which will allow the application and the copy of the DNI/NIE to be transferred to the Mutual Fund electronically through said channel. 

Through this new option you can directly send us the application and the attached documents, receiving an immediate acknowledgment of receipt in your email.

Soon we will offer a new version of the online application that pre-loads the data of the self-employed, facilitating the management of these procedures.
