Closure of its establishment open to the public due to imposition of the state of alarm
Para la comprobación de si su actividad se encuentra entre las suspendidas por la declaración del estado de alarma (Real Decreto 463/2020, de 14 de marzo, modificado por Real Decreto 465/2020, de 17 de marzo), se ofrece una relación de CNAE (Clasificación Nacional de Actividades Económicas) de carácter orientativo, que no excluye la posibilidad de que, en función de la actividad efectivamente realizada por el trabajador autónomo, la misma pudiera tener encaje entre dichas actividad suspendidas, a pesar de no encontrarse en esta relación, que se ofrece a los meros efectos de ayuda para el autónomo solicitante.
Asimismo, se recuerda que, en caso de que la actividad del autónomo no se encontrase entre las suspendidas por la citada normativa, podrá solicitarse esta prestación si la facturación del mes anterior a la solicitud se hubiese reducido al menos en un 75% respecto de la del promedio mensual del semestre natural anterior a marzo de 2020 (estos plazos son diferentes para determinadas actividades de carácter cultural y para actividades agrarias de campaña).
