The importance of "zero" accidents at work
Vision Zero is a campaign that Fraternidad-Muprespa has been presenting to its mutual companies for some time now. The idea behind this campaign is that all accidents can be prevented. This transformative approach to prevention seeks to promote preventive culture and improve it in organizations of any sector, size or activity.
Since 2019, the Occupational Risk Prevention consultants of Fraternidad-Muprespa have given dozens of talks to publicize what VISION ZERO is, emphasizing that the strategy is aimed at implementing a good preventive culture.
Natalia Fernández He recently participated in the Vision Zero podcast, a space to delve into the knowledge of this initiative, promoted by the International Social Security Association (ISSA), of which Fraternidad-Muprespa is a part.
Joaquín Ruíz, CEO of PrevenControl, and Salvador Carmona, director i+3, both strategic consultancies specialized in safety and health, are the hosts of this talk. Both are experts in preventive culture and in valuing these precepts in the workplace.
For this reason, today we share on PodcastFM the talk held by Natalia Fernández Laviada: to continue promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention that tends to zero. And it is clear that the task is bearing fruit because the ISSA has congratulated us on two occasions. And of the 173 Spanish companies registered on the Vision Zero website, 76 are Fraternidad-Muprespa Mutual Companies, which endorses the work of the prevention consultants and the willingness of these companies to accept the postulates of Vision Zero.
The reasons why it is so important to incorporate these precepts defended by the Vision Zero campaign are those described by Natalia Fernández Laviada in this interview.
