In Fraternidad Muprespa We have as a constant challenge the desire to know the opinion and needs of our mutual members in order to try to offer them a better service every day. As an initiative to give shape to this will, we have launched our corporate Web portal (http://www.Fraternidad.com) a space that, with the format of a simple question with multiple answers, allows us to gather opinions and feelings regarding topics of special interest.

On this occasion we have asked all the visitors to our Web portal for their opinion of the implementation in Spain of the new Law 42/2010 that regulates tobacco consumption, which directly affects the working conditions of numerous workers. The results of this survey reveal that the  74% of the participants consider the new Law favorable, of which the 55% believes that this is especially useful because it covers many areas, and the 19% indicates that although it is useful, it is mainly in very specific sectors such as restaurants and hospitality.

On the other hand, of 26% of participants who doubt the usefulness of the new Law 22% thinks that the previous Law was sufficient and the 4% remaining that will not be useful because it will not be respected.

These data show the importance and good acceptance of those measures that try to regulate aspects that directly affect the working conditions of workers, improving them.
