A legendary gesture, soon on your tax return
The campaign X Solidaria, dirigida a informar y sensibilizar a las personas contribuyentes para que marquen la casilla 106 de ‘Actividades de Interés Social’ en su declaración de la renta anual, has been presented one more year at an event held at Cinesa Proyecciones in Madrid, which EU brought together social entities, public administrations and collaborating organizations to demand “the legendary gesture” to check the option of the Social Interest Activities in the income tax return.
Fraternidad-Muprespa acts for yet another year, as a speaker for this initiative coordinated by the Social Action NGO Platform and which remembers that “it costs nothing: you neither pay more, nor do you get less back.” The new income campaign begins on Wednesday, April 8 and runs until June 30.
The campaign, inspired by the great film awards, invites society to be protagonists in the transformation of the reality of millions of people. During the presentation, the growing impact of this initiative was highlighted, which in 2025 made it possible to raise 567,210,822 euros, intended to finance projects of the Platform, (77.72%), development cooperation (19.43%) and related to the environment (2.85%).
Millions of people in vulnerable situations received support in areas as diverse as child protection, the inclusion of people with disabilities, comprehensive care for cancer patients, the fight against gender violence, the labor integration of young people or support for the elderly.
He 50.5% of taxpayers, more than 12.3 million people, chose to mark social purposes, a figure that has grown by more than two million in the last decade: in 2015 there were 10.3 million taxpayers who marked that solidarity X.
