A new edition of the "Enfoca Talento IV" project ends in Avilés
On June 26, the closing of the Enfoca Talento IV project took place at the Avilés House of Culture, organized by the Training and Employment Service of the Avilés City Council.
Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated, once again, in this project that arose to improve the labor integration of graduated and long-term unemployed women, through a set of orientation actions that have allowed them to improve personal and labor skills for access or reintegration into the labor market.
The event was chaired by the mayor of Avilés, Mariví Monteserín, who thanked all the companies and entities for their participation. Esther Cueli, general director of Aguas de Fuensanta, also participated with her presentation “To achieve what you are looking for, you have to get into the world” in which she highlighted that “you have to manage the hard moments and turn the page.” María Cruz Rubio, director of Corporate Legal Advice and Human Resources at Daorje Mentora, also participated with the presentation “Resilience in times of Covid”, and Marta Cordero, participant in the first edition of the Enfoca Talento Project.
Representing the Mutua were María Teresa Belver Blanco, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa Asturias, and Ana Fernández Castro, director of the Gijón delegation.
