Ana Mula, mayor of Fuengirola, visits the new Mutua center
Ana Mula, mayor of Fuengirola, dedicated part of this Monday morning to visiting the facilities of the new Fraternidad-Muprespa in Fuengirola. The municipal councilor, accompanied by the director of the Mutua delegation in the town, Cristina Rivera, has toured the different rooms that make up this new headquarters, which opened its doors last October and was opened on June 24.presented.
The Mutua has made available to protected workers and mutual companies in the area a new headquarters located on Camino de la Condesa 11, in the Siglo XXI building, with more space to offer more services. Its 600 m2 are distributed in three medical consultations, a rehabilitation gym, which is of great importance given that this service was not available in the previous center, two waiting rooms, two adapted changing rooms, two adapted toilets, a meeting room for 12 people, a dressing/casting room, a radiodiagnosis room and two administrative offices.
Mule,which has been a little over a yearvisited the works in the center, thanked the commitment of Fraternidad-Muprespa with Fuengirola given that “it has been in the municipality for more than two decades and is now going to provide service in perfectly sized facilities, with modern and ecological services given the commitment to the environment in the facilities.” This new visit denotes the importance that the first mayor of the town gives to the health care of the working population protected by Fraternidad-Muprespa, more than 12,300 working people.
The center of Fuengirola is one of the three with which Fraternidad-Muprespa account in the province of Malaga. In total, together with Vélez-Málaga and Málaga capital, they cover more than 15,000 companies and 50,000 workers. Since it opened its doors in October, the center has handled more than 2,800 queries.
Ana Mula and Cristina Rivera were accompanied at this event by José Sánchez, councilor for works, infrastructure and beaches, and Alfonso Gómez, territorial assistance coordinator of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
Among the advantages of this center are important aspects that improve the user experience, such as high-efficiency LED lighting systems, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multimedia screen in waiting rooms, ticket dispenser for patients, shift system on screens or magnetic loop in admission for the hearing impaired. In addition, the facilities have been equipped with modern energy saving mechanisms to reduce electricity and water consumption.
