And you thought your little gestures weren't important! We verify our Carbon Footprint
In Fraternidad-Muprespa we have verified our Carbon Footprint.
For those who wonder why and perhaps what it is about...It is possible that, on some occasion, when performing such common and everyday tasks as driving, showering, turning on the light, charging a cell phone, or opening the refrigerator, among many others, thatgood fairyThat he visits us all (... from time to time) has made you doubt whether that act, carried out in another more sustainable way, would not have helped change the world.
Perhaps you turn out to be one of those who do not perceive that magical company and, therefore, you have not yet realized what your gestures could contribute. You may find it difficult to discover any benefit in it, we know that the principles are not easy!
It may be a question of pure romanticism, but, far from trying to inoculate you with advice or propose recommendations, have you stopped to think if you could benefit others?
Can you imagine a near future in which birds could not migrate due to environmental pollution, in which bears could not hibernate due to excessive winter temperatures, or in which penguins would find it impossible to find a safe habitat due to the irreparable melting of the poles?...
Have you done it? By doing so, we can see a field without flowers in which the bees gave up pollinating, a wounded and abandoned ocean in which the turtles perished stranded among plastics, a forest in which the birds flew disoriented... Fortunately for now it is a product of the imagination and we still have time to avoid it.
Don't waste everything that together we can change...For all this, we want to contribute.
Fraternidad-Muprespa, responding to the strategic and social commitment of the organization and as an instrument of social responsibility and sustainability, has decided to evaluate the risks associated with climate change, and has wanted to go further by verifying its carbon footprint, to know the environmental impact that our activity causes on the environment and, consequently, to be able to better direct our actions.
