Applauded conference "Costs of Absenteeism, solutions and/or alternatives in social and judicial channels." Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Fraternidad-Muprespa in Tenerife, celebrated April 10 in collaboration with the Excellent College of Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife and the office Urquiza lawyers, an information day on "Costs of Absenteeism, solutions and/or alternatives in social and judicial channels", a day aimed at their advisors and mutual companies, to analyze the costs produced by absenteeism in companies and present solutions from a social and judicial perspective for their proper management.

The event was presented by Carlos Bencomo, president of the Most Excellent College of Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, who has thanked Fraternidad-Muprespa for the promotion and organization of this type of conference that arouses so much interest among the group.

The first part of the day has been developed by Eduardo Castro, director of the Economic Benefits Department of The speaker has been resolving the doubts that the attendees have raised throughout his presentation.

The second part of the day included the intervention of Sergio Hernandez, labor lawyer at the Urquiza Abogados firm, who gave an interesting presentation on the problem of dismissals in situations of Temporary Disability. It has also analyzed the judicial doctrine after the CJEU ruling of December 1, 2016.

Both presentations have been evaluated very satisfactorily by the labor advisors and company representatives who attended this event.

Finally, after more than two and a half hours, the day was closed by Alvaro Morales, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa of Tenerife, but not before thanking all attendees for their presence and inviting them to participate in upcoming events.
