APPROVED THE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY PLAN OF THE MUTUA Fraternidad-Muprespa

On January 11, 2012, the Steering Committee of Fraternidad-Muprespa, has approved the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan for the period 2012-2014, in which the commitments acquired by the Mutual Fund with its interest groups are specified, in terms of economic, social and environmental policies.

With the Corporate Social Responsibility Plan and the Strategic Plan of the Mutual Fund, together with the Equality Plan, Corporate Communication Plan, Quality and Environment Plan,

The objectives of the CSR Plan are mainly specified in the creation of ethical committees and codes, based on integrity, honesty and trust, values that govern the decisions and actions of the Mutual in relation to workers, companies, collaborators, suppliers and society in general, in addition to new policies and protocols of action, promotion of occupational health and safety, development of R&D&I, permanent training, the promotion of gender equality, work conciliation, the promotion of good practices health, the minimization of environmental impact, as well as the communication and information of CSR to its more than 300,000 associated companies, are part of the Mutua's commitments.
