Approved the III Corporate Strategic Plan of Fraternidad-Muprespa

On December 20, the Board of Directors of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa has approved the Corporate Strategic Plan 2018-2020.

This Corporate Strategic Plan (PEC) will be the third that our Entity develops. The previous ones have completed their objectives by more than 90%, which has meant strengthening their position and improving the quality of the services provided to their interest groups.

As on previous occasions, the PEC has been developed thanks to the Mutual workers who have been part of the working groups, pursuing the involvement of all parties and contributing ideas on the improvement objectives of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
 
The new plan maintains the strategic thinking already implemented by the Entity, adapting to the changing reality of the sector, which will be reflected in the next Regulation for the development of the Mutual Insurance Law.  

With the next PEC, the aim is to consolidate the achievements of recent years, taking a new qualitative leap, to become an efficient Mutual in its management, seeking healthcare excellence and raising the level of technological development to cover the needs and concerns of its clients.

Fraternidad-Muprespa has maintained the mission and values ​​of the strategic plan 2015-2017, given its full validity.
