BACK SCHOOL WORKSHOP IN LORCA, TAUGHT BY Fraternidad-Muprespa

On the occasion of the celebration of the “World Day for Safety and Health at Work” the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security

On April 26, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa of Lorca (Murcia), held in the facilities provided by the company Residential Caser, a “back school” workshop, aimed at Mutua affiliated workers.

Mr. Francisco García Ibernón, director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa delegation in Lorca, opened the day by thanking everyone present for their attendance and introduced the workshop speakers.

He then intervened Mr. Jesús Manuel López Pérez, senior technician in Occupational Risk Prevention at the Mutua, who has highlighted the importance of these workshops in the integration of Occupational Risk Prevention in companies.

Ms. Immaculate Conception of the Vilchez Houses, doctor at the Lorca branch of Fraternidad-Muprespa, has given the “back school” workshop, made up of a theoretical part and a practical part. It has developed a series of exercises to acquire healthy postural habits, prevent problems or other injuries, correct and strengthen our spine from repetitive movements and efforts or poor posture, which are the main risk factors for the appearance of back injuries.
