Carmen Rueda Hernandez  assumes the Management Directorate of

With a career of more than twenty years in the entity, her career at Since November 2024, after the integration of Castilla y León, he has been carrying out the Territorial Directorate of the Centro-Grandes Mutualistas.

She has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, a Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention in its three disciplines and an Interuniversity Master's Degree in Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility. Before joining Fraternidad-Muprespa, he also developed functions related to Human Resources management.

Throughout her professional career she has consolidated extensive knowledge of the Mutual Fund's activity, as well as territorial management, the relationship with mutual companies and workers, team coordination and the service that Fraternidad-Muprespa provides as a Collaborating Mutual Fund with Social Security.

With this appointment, the organization begins a new stage of institutional continuity, commitment to service and the joint work of all Fraternidad-Muprespa teams.
