CISO AWARDS for Jorge Vidal of Fraternidad-Muprespa
On February 20,IDC has granted the CISO AWARDS 2018 a Jorge Vidal, Director of Information Systems Security at Fraternidad-Muprespa, an entity that has opted for corporate security as the fundamental basis of its new technology strategy.
The award recognizes the effort developed by the Security Department of Likewise, it recognizes the work that is being carried out in the implementation of measures derived from a Corporate Security Master Plan, and in strict compliance with regulations regarding privacy and protection of personal data, including the new General Data Protection Regulation.
Jorge Vidal has collected the award from the hands of Miguel Mateo, Sales Manager of IDC Research Spain.
CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) is the name of the highest person responsible for security in organizations, and its functions include protecting information from possible cyber attacks and data leaks, guaranteeing its safeguard at all times.
IDC Research Spain presents this award, endorsed by its analysts and an external committee made up of various people, to companies that invest and believe in corporate security as a fundamental pillar of their information technology.
