Closed the 1st International Program for Leaders in Occupational Health
Last Friday, the College of Physicians of Madrid hosted the closing day of the 1st International Program for Leaders in Occupational Health (PILSO), organized by the Society of Occupational Medicine of the Province of Buenos Aires.
During the week that the Program lasted, which took place in Madrid, specialists from Argentina and Spain exchanged training, experiences and mutual recognition in the field of occupational health.
Doctors Germán Lozano and Alba Zito led this closing event, which offered a tour of various settings.
Doctor Máximo García Padrós, leading surgeon in the bullfighting profession and linked for years to Fraternidad-Muprespa, gave the conference “Occupational health in bullfighting”, while Natalia Fdez. Fundación Personas y Empresas - AUREN4, Deputy Director General of Prevention, Quality and Communication of the Mutua, focused her intervention on “Communication with a preventive purpose.”
In addition, diplomas of recognition were awarded to the Occupational Safety Training Magazine and the Spanish Association of Occupational Medicine Specialists, AEEMT, and also to various professionals, such as those linked to Fraternidad-Muprespa.
At the closing, words of gratitude were also dedicated to the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, which hosted a conference on Wednesday the 24th at the Fraternidad-Muprespa Hospital Havana, for its collaboration and commitment to the promotion of occupational health, with special mention to Carlos Aranda, managing director of the entity.
