COMMITMENT AND QUALITY:

At the end of February our healthcare centers Fraternidad-Muprespa of Burgos y Victoria received AENOR certificates from Quality Management System for the administrative management of services associated with the coverage of Professional Contingencies and Common Contingencies of the affiliated patient, based on the UNE ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Likewise, the conformity of its management system with the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 standard "relative to Environmental Management System for all the center's services, with reach to the centers indicated above.

These certificates join those already achieved for the "Development and Production of Computer Applications in Information Technologies", which have been completed with other Management Systems, in the field of environmental management and the security of information systems.
In the area of ​​quality and satisfaction measurement, the Management System was also obtained.

On the occasion of the receipt of the certificates in both Provincial Directorates they proceeded to commemorate the moment with photographs of the event.
