For her part, Ana Isabel focused her intervention on the Digital Office, a tool that allows mutual companies and their advisors to access functionalities related to their accident rate, such as, first of all, the download of personalized reports, which include the accident rate analysis, the Process Report, the estimation of the costs of the accident rate, the estimation of the evolution of the accident rate, or the download of accident certificates.
