Conference on employment situation after declaration of permanent disability

The assembly hall of the Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana hosted the “ Termination of employment, necessary adjustment or adaptation of the job after declaration of permanent disability” organized by Aranzadi La Ley Formación.

Esteban Mate, deputy general manager of management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, presented the event and gave way to Guillermo Barrios, professor at the Rey Juan Carlos University and Of Counsel at Labormatters Abogado, who explained in a simple and entertaining way the repercussions that this legislative novelty may have. At the end of the presentation, a question period was established and a lively debate took place.

The day was held in mixed mode, with physical presence of mutual members in the Hospital's assembly hall, and online connection of more than 300 people.
