Conference on Mutual Funds organized by CCOO and with the presence of Fraternidad-Muprespa

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated last Friday, September 13, in the Conference on Mutual Collaborators with Social Security, organized by the CCOO union and held at its headquarters in Madrid.Jaime Cedrun, General Secretary of CCOO of Madrid, presented the day.

In the first part of the day,Pedro Rodriguez, Regional Deputy Director of Fremap, spoke about the management of Professional Contingencies. On behalf of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Fernando Mena, Deputy Director of the IT Care Coordination and Control Center, presented his presentation on the management of temporary disability due to common contingencies. Mena discussed the situation of absenteeism in Spain and the management of common contingencies in the system, to later specify the management model of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

The second part of the Conference included the participation of Alejandro Dominguez, union lawyer, who spoke about the litigation with the Mutuals. Finally,  Jaime Gonzalez, Confederal Coordinator of Mutual Funds of CCOO, presented the union's proposals on the current mutualism model. After each intervention, a lively and intense debate took place between attendees and speakers about the topics discussed.
