Conference on occupational health of the College of Physicians of Huelva with the collaboration of Fraternidad-Muprespa

On January 18, the first Occupational Health Meeting of the year was held at the Huelva College of Physicians, with the collaboration of Fraternidad-Muprespa. On this occasion, the central topic was the Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Risk Benefit. The technical presentation was given by Dr. Dª. Inmaculada Rodríguez Díaz, Territorial Assistance Coordinator of the DT Sur in Fraternidad-Muprespa, and Dr. D. Francisco Antón Rodríguez Pérez, Medical Head of the Medical Unit for the Assessment of Disabilities of the INSS in Huelva.

This event was part of the annual programming of the Illustrious College of Physicians of Huelva, with which Fraternidad-Muprespa maintains close ties of collaboration.

The day was excellently received, with the participation of numerous professionals, including doctors from mutual insurance companies, primary care doctors from the SPS and local officials from the UMEVI INSS and the UVMI of the Junta de Andalucía.

After the presentation by Dr. Mrs. Mercedes Ramblado Minero, President of the Illustrious College of Physicians of Huelva, both speakers detailed in a dynamic presentation the peculiarities of the PREL, addressing its origin, evolution and the latest modifications in its application and management.

At the end of their interventions, the speakers responded and resolved the numerous questions posed by the attendees during a colloquium with great participation. In addition, it was possible to talk with the local officials of the different inspections about the latest legislative developments that affect the sector, highlighting the need to strengthen the direct communication channels between the INSS and the mutual insurance company.
