Conference on regulatory modifications of RD 2/2023 at the CGS of Santa Cruz de Tenerife

The Mutual Collaborator with Social Security participated in the conference "Regulatory modifications of Royal Decree 2/2023 in the provision of Temporary Disability", organized by the College of Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The event took place on Thursday, June 16 at the school facilities.

Raquel Domínguez, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, welcomed all the attendees and participants, and introduced the points on which the meeting was going to revolve.

Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Economic Benefits department of the procedures for challenging medical discharge (review, disagreement and judicial means) and for determining contingency (regulation and procedure).

At the end of the presentation, a question-and-answer session was opened to clarify doubts and learn about practical cases raised by those present, and the day closed Yurena Hernández Arzola, head of the Training Commission of the Official College of Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, ___
