Consult the main legal developments of RDL 14/2022 on energy savings

The beginning of last August brought Spanish society an important legal novelty, the Royal Decree Law 14/2022 which, among other things, contemplated savings measures, energy efficiency and reduction of energy dependence on natural gas.

This energy saving law, as it has been called colloquially, mainly affects the Administration bodies, public transport, the work centers of all companies, shops and businesses facing the public.

Fraternidad-Muprespa has prepared this poster that it makes available to all its mutual companies, to remind those measures, both to those who work or manage a work center, and to its users. Click this link to download it.

The control of temperatures, both through heating and air conditioning systems, of humidity, the turning off of shop windows at ten at night, the recommendation that the establishment not have its doors permanently open and that it carry out correct maintenance of its facilities were at its birth and continue to be today, the most important points of this royal decree.

The Plan will be valid until November 1, 2023.
