Córdoba celebrates two days of occupational road safety with virtual reality equipment
The road safety workshops with immersive virtual reality equipment organized by Fraternidad-Muprespa have arrived in Córdoba. On October 17 and 18, two days were held at the facilities of the company SOLEMCCOR (Solidarity and Employment of Cáritas in Córdoba), a social insertion company constituted and composed as sole partner by Cáritas Diocesana of Córdoba.
The objective of these sessions has been to provide workers with different measures aimed at reducing work-related road accidents. With the immersive virtual reality equipment, attendees “drive” in a safe and enjoyable way in risky situations, for example in adverse weather conditions.
The senior technician in occupational risk prevention Rafael Delgado has been in charge of giving these workshops, which were widely accepted by the attending workers.
