Occupational Diseases

The General Law of Social Security defines occupational disease in the following terms: “Occupational disease shall be understood to be that contracted as a result of work performed as an employee in the activities specified in the table approved by the provisions of application and development of this Law, and which is caused by the action of the elements and substances indicated in said table for each occupational disease.”
