Discharge medical report

Official document issued by the doctor or competent entity that determines the completion of the temporary disability process, due to a cure or improvement that allows one to carry out one's usual work, or for other reasons provided for in the applicable regulations. Its communication to the company is done electronically through the competent administrations and does not require the worker to deliver a copy of the report to the company.
