DT. Centro-Grandes Mutualistas collaborates with Fund. Social Justice in webinar on mediation and absenteeism
The DirectorateTerritorial Center-Large Mutualists of Fraternidad-Muprespa collaborated in the webinar “Labor Mediation and Absenteeism Prevention”, organized by the Social Justice Foundation, and held on June 17. The call, which had more than 570 people registered, reflects the interest and commitment around the theme of the day.
The event brought together experts who addressed labor conflict management and well-being in companies. After the welcome of Eva Torrecilla, director of the Social Justice Foundation and president of the Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid, took the floor María José García Pedreño, secretaryGeneral of the Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid, director of MEDIALOGS and member of the Technical Commission of Mediation of the General Council of Official Colleges of Social Graduates of Spain (CGCOGSE). García Pedreño highlighted the role of the Social Graduates group in the prevention of psychosocial risks and their impact on absenteeism.
Next, Esteban Mate, Deputy Director General of Management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, analyzed, among other issues, the factors that influence absenteeism due to mental pathology, highlighting the need to promote a culture of dialogue.
Finally, the moderator Francisco José López, vice president of the College of Social Graduates of Burgos and coordinator of the CGCOGSE Technical Commission on Mediation, thanked the speakers for their participation during the debate, underlining the importance of continuing to generate spaces for mediation and professional training.
