Esteban Mate participates in a conference on the challenges in the field of labor relations

Fraternidad-Muprespa was present last Friday, September 20, at the conference organized by Labormatters Abogados, with the theme 'Imminent challenges in the field of labor relations', which was held at the CEOE headquarters in Madrid.

Ana Isabel Herráez, head of the labor market at the CEOE, and Alfredo Aspra, labor lawyer at Labormatters Abogados, began the day by putting in context the current situation and the most imminent challenges that must be faced in the workplace in the coming months.

Jaime Silva, labor lawyer at Labormatters Abogados, and Guillermo L. Barrios, professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the URJC, Of Counsel at Labormatters Abogados and former substitute magistrate of the Superior Court of Justice of Navarra, carried out an analysis of the permits and status of negotiation regarding reduction of working hours.

Next,Juan Sebastian Fernandez-Simal, Inspector of Labor and Social Security and deputy head of the Territorial Directorate of the Provincial Inspection of Labor and Social Security of Madrid, accompanied by Gonzalo Nunez, labor lawyer at Labormatters Abogados and Labor and Social Security inspector on leave, informed attendees of the main current campaigns as well as those scheduled and planned for 2025, in which the Madrid Labor and Social Security Inspection will focus its efforts.

The day ended with the participation of Esteban Mate, Deputy Director General of Management of Fraternidad-Muprespa, in a round table moderated by Alfredo Aspra on the management of absenteeism, in which both the factors and the legal-labor keys that affect this currently relevant issue were analyzed. Also taking part in this table were Ramón Gallo and Ana Sancho, magistrates of the Social Chamber of the National Court, and the labor lawyers of Labormatters Abogados,Puy Abril and Sergio Juárez.
