FEDERATION OF ENTREPRENEURS OF LA RIOJA AND Fraternidad-Muprespa CELEBRATE A DAY ON HEALTHY COMPANIES

On July 1, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, in collaboration with the Federation of Entrepreneurs of La Rioja(FER), have held a day on healthy companies at the FER headquarters in Logroño.

The day has been presented by the general secretary of FER,Mr. Eduardo Fernández and the North territorial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa Mr. José Ignacio Díaz, who welcomed everyone present.

He then intervened Mr. Luis Pelluz, physiotherapist and nutrition expert, who explained to attendees the importance of adequate nutrition to have a healthy life.

Then he took the floor Ms. Ursula Villazon, clinical psychologist, who has commented on the advantages of “mindfulness” training to face daily challenges.

After this presentation,Ms. Natalia Fernandez, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication at Fraternidad-Muprespa, spoke about the impact of health on work absenteeism.

Next Mr. Victor Sanz, partner of Innovasport has related the importance of physical exercise to avoid injuries and improve quality of life.

Finally Ms. Bethlehem of the King, deputy technical director of Fraterprevention, has taught attendees how to become certified as a healthy company.

The day has been closed by Mr. José Ignacio Díaz, thanking all attendees for their presence and the Federation of Businessmen of La Rioja for their participation in this event.
