Fraternidad-Muprespa and ICASEL organize a conference on risk perception in the company
On May 23, The objective was to raise awareness among attendees (occupational risk prevention technicians, employers, workers, worker representatives...) about the importance of properly understanding the differences in the perception of risk that each component of the organizations has and the strategies to homogenize these perceptions through the preventive culture.
The conference was presented by José Ramón Rodríguez, General Director of Labor of the Government of the Canary Islands, and by Carlos Macho, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Las Palmas. It had as speakers Alejandro Quintana, prevention consultant from Fraternidad-Muprespa, who gave a talk/workshop with the same title as the day; Olga Hernández, coordinator of the ICASEL training program, who gave a talk on risk perception in the digital age; and with Davinia González, head of the Health and Safety department of the Jucarne Group, who explained her personal experience in developing strategies to increase the preventive culture and improve the perception of risks in her organization.
During the development of the day, dynamics were carried out to check how the same risk was perceived differently by each of the attendees and practical tools were explained to improve that risk. perception.
