Fraternidad-Muprespa and Invassat conference on “Business action against psychosocial risks”

Fraternidad-Muprespa held a conference last Friday at its Provincial Directorate of Valencia together with the Valencian Institute of Safety and Health at Work, INVASSAT with the title "Business action against psychosocial risks", which was represented by numerous companies and consultancies.

This is a day framed in the IX Prevention Week of

Jordi de Vicente, Provincial Director of Valencia de la Mutua, welcomed the event and then Pilar Sureda Martínez, occupational risk prevention technician at INVASSAT, focused on the preventive disciplines established by the Occupational Risk Prevention Law, the regulatory framework and psychosocial risk factors, evaluation methods and the advantages of their application.

Subsequently, a debate was held with the participation of the speakers and attendees on the problems faced by employers and what measures are being implemented to achieve an improvement in work environments.

Likewise, the importance of interpersonal relationships, communication, assertiveness, teamwork and the importance of making decisions in complicated situations in which several factors are mixed were highlighted.

To conclude, he took the floor David Balmaseda, Prevention consultant at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Valencia, who gave a presentation on the different tools that the Mutual Fund has in terms of psychosocial risks.
