Fraternidad-Muprespa and the College of Social Graduates of LLeida hold a webinar on RDL 2/2021
Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online conference on Tuesday the 9th in Lleida on “Determination of contingency, registration challenges and news of the Cessation of Activity of RD-L 2/2021”, in collaboration with the College of Social Graduates of Lleida.
The session analyzed the processes for challenging medical discharge and the procedure for determining contingency, as well as the particularities of benefits for cessation of activity for self-employed workers established by recent regulations.
Neus Pons, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Lleida, presented and directed the day, emphasizing the importance of events such as the one held and the institutional collaboration with professional associations, and thanked Montserrat Cerqueda, provincial delegate of Lleida of the College of Social Graduates of Barcelona, the interest and collaboration demonstrated in the celebration of this day. For her part, Montserrat highlighted that it is the first virtual event held from Lleida for the world, congratulating herself on the success of the call and the quality of the presentations.
Cristina Yague, head of the Jurisprudence and Legislation area of Fraternidad-Muprespa He focused his presentation on the concept of accident and in challenges to medical discharge and contingency determinations, sharing practical cases that clarified various situations that may arise.

The day ended with a question-and-answer session from the attendees, among whom were numerous members of the College and collaborators of the Mutua.
