Fraternidad-Muprespa and the international day of Women and Girls in Science
Fraternidad-Muprespa joins the initiative 11F which has been celebrating for five years the international day of women and girls in science, to ___raise awareness and publicly demand a greater participation and progress of women and girls in science.
Historically, women have accessed scientific careers in a lower proportion than men, a circumstance that remains the case except in health-related careers, in which the proportion.
The different areas of action in which a mutual collaborator with Social Security such as Fraternidad-Muprespa works are occupied by science and health career profiles. This is the case with health, occupational risk prevention, or technology, among others. That is why we want to give greater visibility to women who have chosen science careers and demonstrate their professionalism in their daily lives.
La Mutua has participated together with the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia, entity that is dedicated to the study of the behavior of the human body and its relationship with products, environments and services that people use, in a video in which Natalia Fdez. IBV.
Fraternidad-Muprespa___ maintains its bet with equality in its III Plan of Equality, where the commitment of the Mutua management to equal treatment and opportunities between women and men is renewed.
