During the month of February, Fraternidad-Muprespa has held seven workshops in Cantabria, on Workplace Road Safety, with an immersive virtual reality team.

The training has been given to workers from the companies Cruz Roja, Tragsa, Evobus, Teka and Central de Limpiezas Sotileza, by the prevention technician of the Mutua in Cantabria, Ricardo Alonso Martínez.

These workshops help to acquire good driving practices, as well as to change the driver's perception of risk from the point of view of the human factor, allowing the safe and practical simulation of driving in real conditions, such as glare, poor visibility or confusion, caused for example by mobile calls, etc.

Through these workshops, the Mutua promotes and encourages the implementation of good driving practices and, above all, the awareness of people when traveling, in any means of transport, whether cars, motorcycles, bicycles, etc. It has been proven that at least 90% of traffic accidents have their origin in human error.

The topic was of great interest and attracted the attention of the attendees.
