Fraternidad-Muprespa celebrates a conference on psychosocial risks with the CGS of Tenerife

Fraternidad-Muprespa recently held the day "Psychosocial risks. Beyond helmets. The invisible side of Occupational Risk Prevention" with the Most Excellent Official College of Social Graduates of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a meeting aimed at reflecting and discussing the impact of psychosocial risks and their impact on health, productivity and organizational culture.

Through this conference, which took place at the college headquarters, the invisible side of occupational risk prevention was explored, which so directly influences the well-being of workers: stress, mental workload, communication, leadership and the work environment.

Mercedes Leonor Morales, acting dean of the College, was responsible for the official opening of the day, in which Miguel Ángel Martín de León, Higher technician in ORP and teacher at the Department of Education, Training and Labor Guidance of the Government of the Canary Islands, offered the main presentation. 

Finally, Raquel Domínguez, Provincial Director l of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, thanked the School for its support and the attendees for their participation, and closed the day.
