Fraternidad-Muprespa COLLABORATES WITH THE CONFEDERATION OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS OF BURGOS IN A DAY
On June 2, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa, has participated in a day organized by FAE, Confederation of business associations of Burgos, titled: “Prevention of addictions in the workplace: a human and business approach.”
The day was presented by the president of FAE Burgos, Mr. Miguel Ángel Benavente de Castro and then Ms. Asuncion Rubio Horta y Ms.. Carla Contreras Contreras, director of the Prevention area and psychologist Man Project respectively, they have explained the plan that they are going to implement together with the Federation of Businessmen. It will be aimed especially at SMEs, for the prevention of addictions among workers and consists of an itinerary that goes from raising awareness to returning to the workplace.
Next, the Dr. Juan Gabriel Martínez Martín, doctor at the Burgos Fraterprevention Work, has given a presentation on the experiences related to this topic in Prevention Societies.

After the presentations, a round table was held in which global action in prevention within the workplace was discussed, moderated by Mr. Fernando de la Parte, head of the Occupational Health and Safety unit of the Territorial Labor Office of the Government of Castilla y León, and in which they have participated Mr. Cesar Diéz, by UGT Burgos,Ms. Beatriz Rubio, by CC.OO. and Ms. Jimena Perez, from FAE Burgos.
Finally, an interesting debate has been opened, in which the enormous concern of employers and workers about this problem has been confirmed, which goes beyond the workplace, since it affects society as a whole.
