Fraternidad-Muprespa commits to electronic contracting
Fraternidad-Muprespa, has implemented electronic contracting in all of its tenders
The new Public Sector Contract Law(LCSP), which transposes the Community Directives on public procurement, establishes the mandatory nature of electronic procurement. This has been a novelty for both the Public Sector and the bidders themselves, who until March 2018 could still present their proposals in traditional sealed envelopes.
Fraternidad-Muprespa has assumed from day one the advantages that electronic contracting offers. To this end, it has promoted the use of the Public Sector Contracting Platform (https://contrataciondelestado.es/) developed by the Ministry of Finance and Public Function. This Web platform, whose use is completely free, provides an excellent service to entities that seek complete compliance with the new standard, as it includes all the functionalities required by the LCSP.
