Fraternidad-Muprespa delivers the Zero Accident Badges to 38 mutual companies in Ciudad Real

On Thursday, June 22, the Provincial management of The rest of the companies deserving the distinction, around 120, will receive it soon.

The badges are intended to be placed in a visible place in the company to demonstrate its proactivity in favor of occupational safety, health and well-being. Recognized entities can share their good practices in the campaign that the Mutual Fund develops on its social networks with the hashtag #CeroAccidentesFM

Jose Luis Agudo, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Ciudad Real, welcomed the company representatives to the event, thanking them for their work towards reducing accidents.

Lucia Diaz, head of the Provincial Labor Inspection, invited to the event, highlighted the involvement of these companies together with the prevention services to achieve zero accidents and encouraged all participants, as well as the companies in the province, to continue on that path.

"Workplace accidents are a scourge that we cannot resign ourselves to, we cannot normalize or assume as something inevitable. The fundamental instrument to put an end to it is the prevention of occupational risks," he stated, going on to add that "the Labor Inspection has adopted measures as important as the creation of a scale of sub-inspectors specialized in occupational safety and health or the increase in preventive actions, but all these measures are not effective if there is no commitment and complicity of the true protagonists: the employers and the workers” he concluded.

The Mutual Prevention consultant,Raul Munoz, also addressed those present, where appropriate to review the data on workplace accidents in the province.
