Fraternidad MUPRESPA, EN PROCESO DE ADHESIÓN AL REGLAMENTO EMAS III EN SU CENTRO DE ALCOBENDAS

Throughout the month of March 2011, a series of internal and external audits were carried out at the “Sienna” work center in Alcobendas of Fraternidad Muprespa, with the aim of audit the new environmental management system in accordance with the EMAS III Regulation. Fraternidad Muprespa has accumulated experience in this field since 2005, with the certification and maintenance of an Environmental Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard for this same building.

Adherence to the EMAS III Regulation represents a recognition at the European level based on the transparency of the organization by publishing its Environmental Declaration annually. Likewise, efforts are also accentuated to involve all staff in the environmental management of the building, as contemplated in the Environmental Policy, for which various internal communication channels are now available that allow information, dissemination and compilation of employee experiences and expectations.

This is one more step towards consolidating the commitment acquired by In this area, it is worth highlighting that Fraternidad Muprespa has been supporting the dissemination of United Nations movements such as,2010 International Year of Biological Biodiversity y 2011 International Year of Forests.
