Fraternidad-Muprespa from Avilés participates in the Enfoca Talento D program
On April 25, the Fraternidad-Muprespa delegation of Avilés, within the actions provided for in the collaboration agreement that the Mutual Fund has signed with the Inserta Employment Association, framed in the program Focus Talent D, program aimed at improving the employability of qualified women unemployed, has received at the center of the Entity in that population, a person with disabilities, included in the aforementioned program, for carrying out a "Job Tasting".
The project called “Office Tastings” involves participants in the Enfoca Talento D program, “carrying out an observation stay to learn about the real performance of a professional occupation in the facilities and offices of a company and thus achieve a better positioning in the labor market through direct knowledge of a real job and experience.”
On this occasion,Alba Alvarez, has carried out the “Office Tasting” accompanied by Teresa Belver, director of the delegation and for the rest of the colleagues from Fraternidad-Muprespa in Avilés,Luz María Alonso, Pablo Asensio, Ana Gancedo y Beatriz Pozas, who have been showing Alba the different areas of work that are carried out at the Mutua.
According to statements by Teresa Belver, it has been a very positive and rewarding experience for everyone.
